The new Disinfectant Professional Dishwashers for a total hygienic safety
Thanks to the Disinfectant feature, the Salux dishwasher allow not just to wash but to disinfect dishes, glasses, coffee cups, all types of crockeries in general and also some medical devices defined as not critical. For this reason, this is the ideal solution for bars and restaurants but also for nursing homes, schools, communities and hospital.

A complete Thermo-Disinfection of all dangerous pathogens thanks to the new Programs able to reach the Disinfection Level A0 60, in compliance with the medical European Directives EN 15883 and DIN 105-11. The perfect combination of rinsing temperature kept for longer, cycle duration, washing perfomance and chemical action guarantee the reduction of the 99,99% of bacteria, giving a total hygienic reassurance.

The Thermo-Stop system is able to put in stand by the rinsing phase until the exact degree of water

In addition to the HI Energy Efficiency System, the SALUX Dishwashers are equipped with a Stand By Device, that reduces the temperature of 10 °C when the machine has not been used for a prolonged period of time, reducing the energy consumption and saving you money.

The whole range guarantees high standard of quality, robustness and reliability thanks to the Stainless Steel AISI 304, the insulated double skin cabinet, the double wall door, the double filter and the GS-TUV Certification for the mechanical and electrical safety.
Range flexibility
The Salux Dishwashers are available with LCD Display, with single or double baskets and with both monophase or 3phase motor version to make it even faster and more performing.
